Discipline through holidays

I'm lifting over the holidays but do you guys stick to a diet on Christmas or just pay for it later?

I prefer to spend the holidays eating and drinking with friends and family.

I prefer it that way but I end up spending it alone playing God of War.

Just eat like an adult over xmas. Load up on good food and enjoy some treats. Have a drink, but don't rwrite yourself off. I didn't take any time off over this period and will be doing a double session today (New years day here) after having dinner and a few drinks for New Years eve.

I am in the future which means I am in 2024 before most of the world and automatically right.
