Finally got hold of some Quark the other day, tastes a lot better than i was expecting. Found it goes quite well with Turkey slices.

How much far was in yours? The fatter, the tastier it is. Needless to say, the 0.3%-quark I get at Lidl is a bit coarse on its own.

I've stalled with the weight. Weighed myself Friday morning - 99.3kg. Saturday morning - 99.7kg. I'm eating at a projected deficit with no creatine, currently nursing a back (100%within a day or two) and a wonky ulnar nerve with a week's rest, which means no lifting - and I'm still not dropping.

Im thinking about blasting calories back up to maintenance level (3500kcal) to kickstart my gym performance again so that I wont lose strength and lean mass. Right now I'm starting to feel the negative effects of the cut - drop in energy, motivation and performance.
