Dillon Danis - BJJ highlights

Jake shields recently beat him at submission undergrouns. STFU now pls ty
On points, not sub only, which is totally different. Point matches favor the wrestler, not the pure grappler. Plus, Jake is absolutely nasty - like saying Canelo sucks because he lost to Mayweather.

To your point tho, the wrestler grappler seems to do better in MMA as it is more about dominant positions, not subs. Dillon can not partake in some of these submissive positions in MMA against guys with GNP.

He was 3-7 in his last 10 bjj fights
I do wonder if this had to do with leaving Marcelo and focusing on his MMA game instead. Plus, Kav may be a great MMA coach and a great BJJ black belt, but Marcelo is in a different stratosphere BJJ wise.

Dildo couldn't cut it at the top of the BJJ playground, so he came down to MMA to crush some cans and almost got KTFOd in his first fight.

It's not only his striking, he has no takedowns as well. Not only did he almost get KTFO by some literal who, he had to pull guard on him in order to get the fight to the ground, lmao. He's an absolute joke in MMA.

It was his 1st fight lol nothing wrong with pulling guard either, your obsession is weird

Nothing wrong in having poor takedowns while being a grappler in a sport that is saturated with wrestlers? Lmao.

1st fight? you seem to forget that very quickly, sure he fought some nobody but that guy had been fighting MMA for at least 5 years vs a guy with an 0-0 record. Dude has plenty of time to improve but yeh lets write him off after 1 fight Lmao

BREAKING: MMA Fighter gets punched in MMA fight.

Well all I know is that his toe hold in that Bellator fight was pretty awesome.

<{clintugh}>

He's 2 weight classes above Khabib and would still get raped. His striking sucks ass, his TDs aren't good and he's gone from training with Marcelo Garcia to dicking around on the floor with Artem and Conor and playing touch butt with that goofy guy with the ponytail.

His striking is shit-tier, but his grappling is phenomenal. Granted, he only fought once, but the other dude had absolutely nothing for him on the ground.

Grapplers transitioning into MMA have been a resounding success. He also is lucky to train with McGregor on daily basis. I see his striking improving, and I see him evolving into a lethal mixed martial artist.

Douchey persona aside, I hope MMA fans enjoy the above video.
Conor should be the last guy he trains his striking with. Conor is exceptional at what he does, but not the guy you want to learning fundamentals from, which is what Danis lacks. I doubt he trains standup with Conor, because that would be waste of both their time though.

No one's cares about this piece of shit rat fuck.

Exactly, thats why I said "To your point tho, the wrestler grappler seems to do better in MMA as it is more about dominant positions, not subs. Dillon can not partake in some of these submissive positions in MMA against guys with GNP."

It will be interesting to see how he does tho, as he is with a good training partner, good team, and his constant fishing style would be well suited to finishes. Still, I just think vs a wrestler with good striking that he could be in trouble.

He is an absolute beast on the ground. His Jew-Jitsoo is so damn slick ! I expect him to keep slaying bums at Bellator, while improving his standup game with Conor McGregor.

Eventually, he will be signed to the UFC, and avenge Conor's loss to Khabeeb. He can perfectly hang with Nurmagomedov on the ground, and will give him a run for his money.

He is definitely one prospect to keep an eye on. Champion material right there.

Not only do you hug McTaps, now you're hugging his side pieces. Pathetic.
