11:45-Roasted peanuts.

12:10-Chrysantheum tea in a juice box.

13:50-Cranberry juice.

19:30-Stinky tofu, meat, and fruit.

19:55- Ice cream cake.

Fluid intake: Over 50 ounces.

Weight at 21:20-140.5

Weekend full of going away parties caused weight gain.
 
^Don't sweat it - a couple of days of strict low-carb diet will sweep your bloat away.
