Diet log for gaining muscle and gaining weight

    Ok this diet log starts today rn. This threaded will be edited throughout the day. I still got to see what my weight is now.

    1000: subway sub and multivitamins

    1400: mcdonalds (don't judge me i was on my way to work and was the only thing good to eat and ive had good cardio and what not eating those when i'm not working out)

    1700: homemade cheese burgerfrom airport cafeteria

    (Working on eating more organic food and more home made food from the cafeteria in the airport)

    1800 fried filet of fish sandwhich from the cafteria (yes i was still at work)

    If anyone has any ideas of what to eat in the morning give me some so i can go to the grocery store and get it. Edit i can not eat eggs or anything like that.

    0630 rice with pakistani chicken idk how to spell the name

    0915 spinach ravioli with multi vitamin

    1630 spaghetti with marinara sauce at airport cafeteria

    2355 spinach ravioli with russian dressing and multi vitamin

    (The gaps between meals are because i really have no money until fri so i had to eat at home, and only had money for gas and food at the airport)

    Weight is 138 lbs.

    Didn't eat much yesterday so i didn't post anything heres todays meals.

    1000 mcdonalds (because i was out with a friend and we got mcdonalds)

    1600 a homemade wrap from a desi sandwhich shop in the penn station ate 1 half

    1900 other half of homemade wrap

    2215(it is 2130 rn i'm just putting it down because i might forget later) fried filet of fish from airport cafeteria.

    (Guys please no comments about my eating i eat whenever and whatever i can, yesterday i only ate 1 meal which was not good but that was only because one guy at work gave me money to go to the cafeteria in the airport)
