Stevia is nothing more than a replacement for your sugar. It's GREAT for that fact, no more sugar, spenlda etc. If you drink alot of coffee or use sugar in alot of shit you can really lower your sugar/calorie intake.


But its nothing more than that.

more importantly ph is the key to long term health

So one could easily see how a toxic person making this change would certainly
experience 'miracles'

getting away from sugar and other artificial sweeteners and replacing with stevia on its own

Stevia is a great alternative to sugar or synthetic sweeteners, sure. No more no less.

As for the foam? Agitating naturally occurring surfactant from a plant-based substance. That's my 2 cents.
