The words used in our legal code are pertainign to someone who "levies war" against the US. Colluding with a hostile country to hack our electoral system and influence and election could easily be viewed as an act of war.

The Democrats are the ones for things such as: (1) collective bargaining rights, (2) labor protections for workers, (3) raising wage floors, (4) making healthcare more affordable for the lower, working, and middle class, (4) consumer protections and consumer rights against predatory lending, product defects, and a myriad of other consumer dangers that disproportionately affect the working class, (5) higher fiduciary standards for pension management so that greedy financial elites don't squander away workers' 401k's, (6) antitrust protections to keep large corporations from cornering markets and raising the prices of goods and ability to box out smaller competitors, and the list goes on

Meanwhile, Republicans are on the opposite side of all those issues.

Seriously, how the fuck can you defend that statement? Holy shit, people like you are a cancer to democracy.
