Stipe was/is overrated.
His most notable win was beating a guy who's been training for 4 years and took a 2 week vacation to France at the end of his training camp.

Also says he felt a significant speed advantage at HW, inspite of all the extra fat he was carrying.

Yup, they literally sign the wrap after inspection.lol they get 1 roll of gauze per hand and they cant have any tape on the knuckles.
a ufc or commisiom offical also watches each fighters hands get wraped.
boxing yes they do weird shit and maybe local shows that cant afford to check their fighters hands... but not in the ufc.

this is the right answer.I think he underestimate weighing in at 245 pounds and 205 pounds before fight takes place helping him better take shots though.
Rumble couldn't finish Arlovski out of all people at heavyweight. I don't think it's out of realm of possibility that somehow Rumble hits harder than Stipe, but I don't necessarily think it's true.
beating up dc in training is not equal to beating up dc in a real fight. anyone who actually has some experience in fighting will tell you the same. lot of guys dont go hard in sparring but they always fight well when it matters.
He starched Werdum in ONE round after he choked out Valesquez (who beats up DC regularly).
LOL overrated.
you know he got crazy power when he threw that uppercut effortlessly and knocked him the fuck outWith punches yes.
Did Rumble hit harder than Jones?
