It also had a huge amount of interest and hit the competitor cap pretty fast. I think this is a good thing. Overall, I like US grappling the most but like Kenny said, they just don't attract the level of competitor that IBJJF events do. I would like to see the IBJJF return 2x a year to the DMV area.
