Darren Till can (potentially) be WW champion if the UFC give him about 2 more years to build up. The reason is simple: Till has age and time on his side, and in 2 years, he will be at his peak, in addition to the extra time to work on his wrestling (his biggest weakness). In 2 years, all the current top 10-15 WW will be out of their primes. Age in 2 years from now: Till Age: 26 vs. Woodley Age: 37 Lawler Age: 37 Thompson Age: 36 Maia Age: 41 Masvidal Age: 34 Rafael Dos Anjos Age: 34 Cerrone Age: 36 Condit Age: 35 Covington Age: 31 Ponzinibio Age: 33 Magny Age: 32 Usman Age: 32 Nelson Age: 31 Kim Age: 37 Oliveira Age: 31 Perry Age: 27 Perry is the only guy that will still be in his physical prime 2 years from now. However, Perry's skill level, as it is currently, seems to be way below compared to the rest of the WW division. I personally don't see him being a threat to the WW title. Questions: 1. Do you think Till will have more chance of becoming champion if he waits about 2 more years? 2. Do you think the UFC / Dana White will be patient and build Till up, or will they rush him to the Title shot?
