Dana White says on Snoop's show the weed policy is 24 hours before a fight?

So you're saying that because the test is able to detect trace amounts for a long time, the test is inaccurate?
I'm saying that because people metabolize and eliminate marijuana at different rates, and that there's a whole host of other variables involved (how it was ingested, how frequent a user is the person, how high a dose was taken, etc) the test is inaccurate. It says as much on the USADA site which I linked. It doesn't do what it's supposed to do, which is determine if someone used marijuana in the competition window. You can test positive for over 150 ng/L in urine even if you used marijuana well outside of your competition window, meaning the test is inaccurate to its stated purpose. I'm not sure where you're getting the information that you can't test positive unless you used day-of, and would love to see a source for your claims.
