Day 60
No Gi class, body bit achy from day 59
Did some inverted guard drills after class
Day 61
3 rounds bag
Played with positions on MMA bag
Did several hip flexor drills
Played with squats on squat rack
Have got new squat set up sussed.......squat rack is a bit queer though....pins are fucky
Did 12*bar and 3*10 of 40
Day 62
No Gi class, shoulders achy from day 59
Rolled back on squash ball
Learnt defense positions in stand up from the main dude....pretty cool as there were only four of us and him, the 15 other peeps in class rolled
Did gentle roll, wanted to attack.........nein nein nein
Did some chins...bit of the old one, two....miss a few
8 to 1, 7 to 1, 6 to 1, 5 to 1, 4 to 1, 3 to 1, 2 and 1 = sore
40 odd degrees today, previous have been in their 30s, cuddly
Good vibes overall at the gym, new years eve happy happys
Peeps are very helpful, will contribute to me crushing my enemies, seeing them driven before me, and to hear the lamentation of their women
