Have got new squat set up sussed.......squat rack is a bit queer though....pins are fucky

Rolled back on squash ball
Learnt defense positions in stand up from the main dude....pretty cool as there were only four of us and him, the 15 other peeps in class rolled

Good consistency, although I don't understand what you are saying alot of the time! I try and read it with an Aussie accent, which I think helps. What is a G.C??
