Daily pushups challenge

havent logged since this last thursday. have done 100 each day except today so far. 50 so far today. 20 days consecutive and 1950 total atm.
only did 50 daily, the rest of the week. another 300 counting 50 so far today.

2250 total. 26 days consec.
 
I have done 100 press ups and 100 crunches every day as a warm up for years

I am actually not sure it is even doing anything for me now, I just do them anyway
You're maintaining your fitness by doing your push-ups and sit-ups every day.
 
Missed another day, but this has helped my bench, at least for reps.

i forgot about this thread but ive continued to do my pushups since i last posted. still doing 50 a day. i'll add it later.
 
I'm 5'10 and 244, I have no problem cranking out 50 strait in one set but a push-up workout with my weight leaves my always sore after every workout, so I need time to recover. If I was much lighter, I'd defiantly go for it. Maybe I'll give this a shot after I get some weight off, currently cutting.
