Don't know why I blanked on Thug, she's one of my favorite female fighters.

If just counting wins for Rose, she has 6 finishes out of 7 wins, so thats approx 85%.

Rose's win-by-finish rate is even better by UFC stats. The UFC counts her sub of Randa Markos, because the UFC counts TUF semi-final fights as official fights, whereas Sherdog does not count such fights as official fights. So that's 7 finishes out of 8 wins, 87.5%.
