Crolla's a good fighter, Burns is past it and I think he's starting to decline rapidly. Crolla has a good tank, effective hook to the body, can take a beating if he needs to. Definitely liking Crolla here.

Sam Eggington (who ended Paulie's career & Frankie Gavin's, too!) just lost in an EBU (that's the REAL European title, btw) fight on the undercard. Went down on a split to Mohamed Mimoune, a French fighter with no punch but nice backfoot boxing skills.

The judge who voted for Eggington should be shot.

Always nice when an import brought over to lose does the business—especially when he's clearly smaller than the home dude & gets it by dint of canny boxing.

Also nice to see a proper fight for what used to be a proper title.
