Crocop doesn't deserve enough recognition around here

Personally, Crocop is the greatest combat sports second finisher of all time, if it wasn't for Ernesto Hoost and Fedor, two Goats in their respective sports, Crocop might have been able to claim the mantle of the greatest combat sports athlete of all time.

Cro Cop's grappling is underrated.I think heavyweights ground game was better back in pride days, now guys are way more limited on the ground
 
Current fans just don't know his career. Which makes up most of this board so it's understandable not many conversations are going to praise him highly. Any of us who have been around for years know the love this forum has given him. The days of "The pride heavyweight 3" were among the most beloved times here.

That's impossible to say....who knows what would young Cro Cop look like with modern training....maybe he would destroy them all, maybe not, nobody can cherry pick and say he would beat this guy, but not that guy....impossible to say.
 
Huge fan and over his international, entire career he is highly accomplished

But he absolutely choked in the UFC, losing to the likes of flash-in-the-pan Gonzaga, journeymen Kongo, Schwab and 0.500 Nelson.

you're right - he doesn't deserve any respect these pride fanboys give him after he got busted for PEDs and when you consider that the guy looked great against pro wrestlers in masks but couldn't even beat gabriel gonzaga or brendan schaub lol
