Could world with one country, one language, one culture, one God would be easier to manage?

Oh yeah baby, it would be a heck of a lot easier for the oligarchs to control us. Why do you think they're pushing for this? No borders, one world currency, no cultures but modern consumerist culture, "we are all one," the group over the individual, socialism.

We are the frogs in the boiling pot of water.

Would i like for the entire world to have good living standards? absolutely.

There should certainly be far more cooperation between nations to tackle issues like nuclear proliferation, tax evasion, global warming and terrorism.

No need to have a large universal government for simple governance, a global government would only be needed to tackle global issues.

It would be easier to manage if all the things you said were true. As they're not it would be a nightmare, imagine all the civil wars that would break out. It would also be a legal nightmare as different regions of the planet have different needs and it would be really hard to make laws that make everybody happy.

The human species requires a governing body to direct its actions. Focus is not a bad thing, but its terrible when most people lose agency and only a few people have that. The problem is lack of self and collective awareness and lack of participation in system dynamics that facilitate the positive expansion of humanity across the cosmos.

How such world would look like in your mind?

One president, one currency. United States of the World pretty much.

You can live wherever you want, and have access to same job/healthcare/living standards anywhere else, whether it is Africa, Asia, North Korea. Would you accept such model or ideology of the world?

As Thomas Sowell says, you would solve some problems while creating other unforeseen problems. Canada is one country, but there is a lot of division. The provinces constantly argue with each other, the West and East hate each other and Quebec wants to separate. Animosity will only be amplified as wealthy states would have to pay for free-loading struggling states. A world government would be extremely detached from the people they are ruling. I think the one world experiment would not last very long as states would eventually become their own countries.

If people would want out, it would likely become more tyrannical in an attempt to keep it intact.

This does make sense in theory. The issue comes with how much power it has over each state and how it can be limited from the natural power consolidation dynamics that inevitably occur. Corruption is a given. Unbelievably tempting for those in and above such a system to make it 'more effective' in managing everything, I'm sure.
