I've watched some of Fran Sands vids, good stuff. I've already started incorporating his tips into my routines.

I was wondering if there's anything else that's legit out there?

The patreon content for Sylvie muay thai has a 2 hour long private lesson content with Chatchai Sasakul, a former world boxing champ. It covers all the basic punches, and weight transfer. I would pay the 1 buck, find a way to rip it off youtube ( not sure if allowed), and cancel being a patron if you're not a muay thai enthusiast.

My boxing coach .com. You have to pay for the entire series, but the man is good. I mean yea it sucks you have to pay for it, but BJJ guys pay for online instructional and don't complain about it..

JT Van V who runs Precision Striking has some pretty good stuff on Youtube. He also has more systematic and thorough instructional videos that he sells.

Don Familton's Superior Boxing is on Youtube. It's legit.

I subscribe to

Franz sands (british boxing coach)

JT van (boxing)

Fighttips (mostly striking)

The modern martial artist

Stuart Tomlinson

Submissiom radio has some good technique videos

The strikers lab

Some Mauy Thai ones but i can't think of the name right now

Then there's more analysis channels that are still good to learn from like

Jack slack

Lawrence kenshin

Wilson kayden

Lee wylie
