    headed by brandan schwaub.
    "conor wasnt himself that night"
"too much of a lay off"
    "ring rust"
"focused too much on defending takedowns in camp"
    "didnt have the same focus"
"fighting floyd in boxing dosent help fighting mma"
"too much money in the bank"

maybe.. just maybe..he looked fucken shit... because khabib made him look fucken shit?
because khabib is a fucken animal.

i turned his bullshit podcast off after hearing him ask "how cant you respect him for asking for a rematch right away.. the man loses.. and then he rings dana and asks to fight khabib again the next day.. how can anyone not respect that?"

    sorry... what?
i would predict 99% of fighters that lose a a fight want a rematch and would fight it next weekend if given the chance... except maybe him.. because most of his loses were brutal kos...somehow though.. when conor does it its worthy of respect.

and.. still.. like all the other idiots with any sort of following in the mma world he said nothing about the multuple fouls conor commited... he somehow gained respect for conor with that fight. what a fkn knob.

serously all these guys out there making excuses for why conor lost are clutching at the slimest of straws.
face it. you boy for handled by a far better fighter... period.

exactly. I think you should make another Conor thread though just in case you didn't get your point across

Agree wholeheartedly with each of the points you raised.

Conor will return better than ever.

My favorite so far is "Khabibs goons were threatening his wife and child backstage"
Or "Old Conor would have beat him"

I rewatched the fight for the 3rd time today, and Conor actually landed a flush left cross on Khabib's chin in the 3rd round, but Khabib was completely unfazed.

I think Khabib beats him even easier in the rematch because he knows that Conor's power can't sleep him in one shot

I've thought for a while that Conor's one shot kill ability was a little overrated, as his only clean one punch KO in the UFC came when Aldo ran full speed at him. Plus Khabib has proven to have an absolutely iron chin as eating: MJ's one-two, Barboza's wheel kicks, and McGregor's left hand + illegal knee can only be done by someone with a granite chin.

You should add the 'proper wraps' excuse. I heard it's kinda a big deal.

It was pretty obvious who actually was the glass jaw rat in that fight.

I agree, I'm tired of this notion that Conor is some especially brave prize fighter. I don't see it, fighting Diaz at WW ? Big fucking deal. The Japanese circuit has had welter weight journeymen fighting heavyweights.

The excuses keep getting more outlandish every day.
From food poisoning, his hand was broken, he took a dive to set up the trilogy( it's 4d chess bro)
But the threats to his family one really took the cake for me.

All valid points raised by Schaub. Maybe that's why he has a successful podcast and you have.. an opinion on sherdog.
