If we're talking about MMA he's in the discussion if he can improve his cardio. Both times against Diaz he looked very tired after only 2 rounds. The first time he got rocked and choked out because of it and the second time he was able to push through, get a second wind and win the decision.

GSP is a better choice in my opinion. He has it all. Maybe Dodson but it's easier to be athletic when you're that small.
