But he's only lost once in the UFC, and he's beaten some damn good fighters.. he still has one of the best records of all the active fighters.. 9 - 1, with 7 KO's... Aldo, Mendes, Porier, Holloway, Diaz and Alvarez... that's five VERY good fighters.

But yes he's very beatable.. especially to the extent that his cardio has been revealed as a weakness..

No one believes he is unbeatable, why are you making things up? Everyone saw pretty clearly that he's beatable when he lost to Diaz. In regards to Khabib vs McGregor, I'd say that Khabib is unproven and needs to fight before we start praising him. Ferguson is a far worse fight for McGregor while Khabib could potentially be a very winnable fight.
