How useful it could be? Would it be still possible to be knocked out?

Well basically this a very rare condition that render person immune to all kinds of pain whatsoever, i just watch documentary where a guy with such condition described that as a kid he enjoyed banging his head on the wall because he got pleasantly dizzy.

The internet describes it as a serious life threatening condition, but how well would that fit in combat sports, in particular MMA?

The main problem would be from submissions such as arm bars, leg locks, kimuras, etc... People don't typically quit due to pain from strikes, the pain aspect comes in from submissions. They wouldn't feel the pain necessary to tap in time to prevent major damage.

Think about this for second TS: having this condition is like winning the lottery, having enough talent to be a world-class fighter and being afforded the opportunity to pursue a career and professional fighting is also like winning lottery. To have both well you pretty much have to be at once ever human being to pull that shit off.

In other words, it ain't happening

Yea u rite on this one :/

But even if he managed to break ur bone, u wont quit, but when ref spot a hanging limb on a skin will pretty much stop the fight.

Being knocked out is a nervous system response nothing to do with pain tolerance. Simple biology and physics.

It doesn't matter if you feel it or not, these refs will stop when you drop.
