Confused About Uriah Halls Weight Class

I'm confused as to what weight class Uriah Hall is supposed
to be in do to the fact he had a rough weight cut in St Louis
where he passed out and there was something said about him
being moved to 205 lbs but i looked on the card for UFC 226
and it shows him at 185 lbs
