For the purposes of sport specific work (muay thai) and aside from "feel", when it comes to measurements, do I look at how fast my HR drops after the given sets or workout? Do I look at look at how high or how low my HR is at while generating a high pace? Does having a higher or lower HR at a high pace mean improvements?
