Hi the physical preparation for MMA Interested me is what this plan is correct?

Monday bench Press 5 ° 10
Squat 5 ° 10
Rowing 5 10
shrug 3 ° 20

Wednesday
bench press
Squat 5 ° 10
Earth Lift 5 ° 10
Pull up 5 Series of 12
Dips

The exercise choice is technically correct. I train at a gym that has tons of Legacy/Bellator/UFC fighters and when they do strength training they can only focus on the 5 or 6 exercises that entice the most strength benefits since you can't really do any volume due to the physical nature of the sport (squat, deadlift, bench, row, dips, and pull-ups are solid). Anything more than those and your body won't recover if your really training hard on the mats.

MMA (especially starting out) is mostly skill and cardio based so if you really are conditioning for MMA then I would focus WAY more on mat time and private lessons to be honest.
 
This would be good for grappling muscular endurance, but you still need your wind for scrambling and striking. You need to incorporate much more cardio on top of what you're doing on the mats.
