I like neither Guida nor Nate but Guida did the right thing here. Not with his trash talking, that's childish and embarrassing, but sueing Diaz for getting physical. Besides, Nate really exposed himself by attacking him from behind and always dragging his entourage of losers from the hood around to watch his back when he's the one looking for trouble.
