1. Vitor didn't fight in the early 90's he made his debut in 96
2. He fought bisping 7 years ago i doubt anyone would call bisping a bum, was he goat? No but he certainly is better than bisping now and was one of the top tier middleweights at that point. You're also forgetting he made light work of both Luke Rockhold and TRT hendo.

Vitor was no spring chicken, but he was 36 and on TRT when he fought Jones, same age as Glover when he fought Jones and younger than DC. TRT wasn't banned for another two years.
