Check out this "Radically invasive projectile"

All hype. It's not good. The pedals only get the same penetration as a .177 BB at 550-600 fps. It would create superficial damage. Then the core will be like a fmj.

Tests have shown in gel it looks similar to 2 shots from .22lr. 1 hollow point and one fracturing.

9mm g2 vs .22lr(two rounds)

^ Note the BB next to the trocars.

I'll take large expansion with great hydrostatic shock and good penetration(with a large expanded bullet).

The 124 +p+ is also awesome, little less expansion but more penetration.

Looks like a gimmick and always has to me.

Some of these .300 Blackout rounds though look scary as fuck.

Looks like the kind of round that will radically fuck up a feed ramp

They had those radically invasive rounds at the gun show I was at last weekend. They look scary in the box, I bet they sold a bunch. I'd rather just have big soft hollowpoints.

They seem like they effectively answer a question no one in their right mind ever thought to or wanted to ask: "how can I make a less lethal hollowpoint that will leave my target laid up in the hospital longer?"
