Well, the point is still the same. Whether it's PPV buys, ratings, or asses in seats, that's what these businesses are all about. They can spout off all the pretentious BS they want about "respect and honor", but it's all about the bottom line.

Yes, it's the bottom line. Of course, he's gonna spout some BS for marketing purposes, but the real reason is because Conor wouldn't be worth his cost in Asia.

King of the Cage could say that as well. Fact is if Conor doesn't fight in the UFC in the future he's promoting his own fights like Mayweather. There's no way he'd sign with Bellator, much less with an Asian organization.

Yeah but he seams like the kind of guy that would play along for the free publicity and to be like "hey look at me I don't need the UFC they need me!".
