The Lefties seem to have thrown Lena Dunham under the bus for saying a black woman is lying about Dunham's friend raping her.

No, I'm just thinking about stories I've heard people in the industry tell about the general respectfulness and care existing between the actors/production staff.

For such a maligned industry, when you fuck your coworkers with witnesses for a living you don't have a need to get naughty for real. Or something like that.

It's a shamed industry, so victims often don't come out about shit because:
A) Society at large doesn't really like to openly acknowledge the existence of porn, except as a punchline; and,

He just comes across as someone reading a script on the morning show. I was hoping he would elevate the show, but the opposite seems to have happened.

I still adore his own show, but it doesn't really run like it used to. He seems to do his "this week in summary", mostly, these days. I think a lot of liberals supports those issues with good intentions. Not sure what he has said to make you think he's feigning concern. Talking heads talk, and nothing more. It's what they do.

The thing is that there are people like the Clintons who seem to genuinely believe in that stuff (they only pretended all these years to believe in sovereignty because it was practical). In other words, I simply interpreted that as an authentic position, not one of personal financial involvement. The fact that he he might attend such meetings reflects to me that he is a supreme informationalist. Everyone has CTs about those meetings. Okay, so attend them and witness what they're about.

I would need more concrete evidence before I would entertain such nefarious theories simply because he has parlayed his media empire into a net worth $23m. This isn't compelling. I don't recall him shilling for the WTO, for example. In his interviews, he'll often assume the position of rationality for a country (ex. he scoffs at those who criticized China for resisting the WTO because it clearly wasn't staked in their best interest).
