Apologies if this isn't posted in the right place.

I decided that it could be fun for me to "rerank" fighters. For me to completely delete their existing records in my mind, and begin ranking them purely based on what I see in the ring, and the merit of their opponents. The latter, will be determined through the rankings, so for the first few cards I don't take the opponent's merits into account simply because that would dilute the reranking.

There are going to be some crazy things to start. Some terrible 0-0 debut fighter ranking over a former UFC champion simply because the former champ got beat easily and the 0-0 fighter won his first fight. But I think in time, things will start to level off a little bit and I'll get a slightly truer ranking system.

I'll also add in posts with a quick summary of each fight from each event I watch. That will allow me to read back on what happened in each fight, in my own words, and then I can use that when ranking fighters.

Most of its really to help with remembering fighters through watching tonnes of fights which makes each event a little more exciting. The ranking side will be good for random excitement of who is topping ranks.
 
Updated the full Cage Warriors 86 and UFC Fight Night 116 cards. Going to start working on ONE FC Total Victory tonight and hopefully get it done before tomorrow as we have UFC, Bellator, ACB, Road and LFA tomorrow. Damn, it's gonna be a busy one haha.

Just an update on the rankings, right now we're seeing quick finishes take fighters we know are lesser into higher positions. As these fighters step up and fight more difficult competition, this will begin to level off, but as it stands a one punch KO is better than a fairly close war, for example Spitz ranking above Volkov. Until we start seeing fighters compete multiple times, I won't be able to gauge the weight of a win. I can only take purely the quality and/or dominance inside the cage. If I'm right, Darren Till is going to be the first man to have two fights on the rankings. With him already ranking second behind RDA at WW, a win over Cerrone would be huge for how much weight he holds in the division.

Updated with M1 Challenge 83. FUUUUCK it's hard to catch up to these events with full time college and employment haha. On my schedule I've got whatever I can find from LFA 23, UFC Japan, Bellator 183, ACB 70 and Road 42. By the time I get through them all, you can also add ACB 71 and Pyramid Fights 4 to the list.

Nothing really big of note from M1 Challenge I don't think. Probably the only guy who's going to last a little bit in any division is Alexander Osterov. Doscalchuck (I can't be bothered scrolling up for the spelling) is ranked pretty high but it's only cause so far my division is shallow. I'm going to get in what I think is two TUF episodes tonight and try and see what I can get done from LFA 23. Then tomorrow I'll try to fire through Road cause like M1, that will be a pain in the ass name wise haha.
 
Just caught the 3 TUF episodes I didn't watch yet. Fuck it's hard to rank between Roxy, Deanna and Montana. All 3 were dominant. I think because I saw superior striking from Montana AND the jiu jitsu to match, she just notches above the other 2.
 
Was bored so thought fuck it and fired in LFA too. Those 5 fights I found on MMACore were spectacular. Some brilliant knockouts and some good talent featured. Sabina Mazo and Andrea Lee fire right to the top of my Flyweight rankings with great finishes, Ryan Spann takes the top spot at LHW with a flawless victory, Bryan Billiot fucks everything up by being ridiculous and still winning and Peter Stanonik looks like someone to watch out for if he can stop fighting like he's Brazilian. Great card.

Yeah I have been mate. Just not always got the time to watch stuff live. I've really only added replay stuff to my watching list cause I'm at college 3 days a week, work the remaining 4 and any time off I spend with the missus. If you find anything good that has replays that I didn't mention, give me a shout.
 
Decided that I'll just update the thread at the end of every month. Just watched ROAD though. Two notes;

Asian fighter names are annoying. I mean I've got like 5 Park's on one card, and they are all in reverse.

Also..

ROAD 42 was absolutely abysmal haha. Just so little talent on the card. I'd probably have a half decent chance against most of them and I'm out of breath on essentially any set of stairs. Ovenweight is also annoing for my ranks. None the less, the bottom half of all my cards is looking fairly full now haha. Love that in 2017 I got Minnow Man in on this.
 
This has been a more difficult undertaking than I originally imagined. Got two Bellators, two ACBs, a Pyramid Fights and a UFC to watch in my current schedule and I'm probably going to retroactively add Pancrase and EFN from Fight Pass when I buy it at the in about two weeks.

Going to at least do Bellator 183 and ACB 70 tonight. I know Bellator was a cracking card so that's going to be fun. I know most of the UFC results, including my avy losing :( but that card was fantastic top to bottom so that should be brilliant as well.
 
Decided that I'm going to cut out smaller orgs that are free on fite.tv. Most of them are American or Russian, and I already am watching a much higher quality of shows from those regions so I don't feel that I'll miss out too many huge prospects.

Just watched ACB 70. I've been aware of ACB for a while and caught quite a few fights on youtube, but never sat down and watched an event start to finish. Not only is their pacing fantastic (along with their fitting slogan, Less Show More Fights), but the crowd in Sheffield seemed absolutely cracking. With England having BAMMA, an org which flashes in and out of the public eye every now and again, and also Cage Warriors which was far and away the number one European org not long ago, it's cool to see ACB extend beyond it's original regions and be able to hold a card in England that makes a crowd go that nuts. Scott Askham and Luke Barnatt aren't exactly the two more interesting guys I've ever come across (just knowing their UFC runs, although I've always liked Barnatt) but the crowd went mental for it. Some really good action and fights on he card too. I wasn't specifically blown away by anyone's talent, but there were a couple of people who demonstrated a strong attribute or two. Bubba Jenkins (was Bellator right?) looked fantastic. Magomed Ginasov and Jason Vucenic looked solid too (all 3 of these guys in FW, setting up some good fights). Cheya Saleem shot right up to the top of my BW rankings. Some good stuff.

I'm going to watch ACB 71 now and then that's everything from September complete. I'll then update my rankings, delete the second post with the show breakdowns and that's too much to format and shit onto here, and then post the rankings again in a separate post so I can keep track of what the rankings stood at as September closed. I'll probably format it as a top 10 from every division, and then the remaining fighters in spoiler tags from each. Maybe I'll also add a counter as to how many from each or made it to the to 10 and use that as a basis of ranking the orgs too.
