ha. yea, all whatever the fuck he was trying to say there aside, it's cool to see him doing something that doesn't involve being in a gym and constantly pushing his body with fight/martial arts training.

The man put on some great fights and I really believe he deserved that belt for his performance against Lawler. I, for whatever dark horse reason, actually was pulling for him from the opening round of his break-out ROTR tournament performance. I wanted him to beat Shields so bad in that final.
