Can Rampage hang with current UFC heavyweights?

Rampage is done. He has looked like crap in Bellator. He wouldn't win against any of the top 8-10 UFC HWs but the question was hang with. Sure he would hang in to with a few guys but still lose.

I can see how Tito could have beaten Rampage had they fought. Out of sheer discipline and wrestling . If you can make it out of round 2, you stand a decent chance of winning.
