I think MacKenzie has a chance. Her BJJ skills are just amazing.

Right now? No. Claudia is a much more powerful, but less technical grappler compared to Dern. She has the ability to drag Joanna down, right now I don't think Dern does. On top of that, Claudia has pretty good striking, Dern is a novice below even Carla Esparzas level. Give an athlete like Dern 2-3 years though, and it becomes much more compelling.
