Let's say Fighter A just beat Fighter B in one body, while both fighters are ranked in another body, Fighter B was ranked higher than Fighter A despite losing, does the different council update and acknowledge Fighter A over B?
Of course the WBO hasn't released the October rankings report, but since Lemieux just destroyed O'Sullivan, will Lemieux replace O'Sullivan's spot on the WBO? It's important to know because Andrade this year was begging for Lemieux for exposure. I can see GBP and Hearn possibly make Lemieux early 2019?
