California Man Wins Lottery Scratcher 4 times in 6 Months For More Than $6 Million

He probably cheated somehow.

In 2013 I did a divorce for a guy where he and his wife won the lottery twice. They won $11.3 million in 2007 and $7.8 million in 2011. During depositions it came out (off the record while the court reporter had stepped out of the boardroom) that they cheated somehow. I don’t know how they did it, and they were in fact investigated by the lottery company and got away with it somehow, but they basically admitted to cheating.

They owned the convenience store where the tickets were purchased.

Im curious how they did it especially with how hard it is to replace scratcher paint.

I think that in itself might have been the "cheating". I'm not entirely sure, but I think there are rules for store owners not being able to buy the tickets from their own store.

No, there was definitely more to it than just that. It was Lotto 6/49 and it was no secret that they were the owners of the store where the tickets were bought. No, there was some way that they were able to I think buy the tickets after the draw somehow knowing what the winning number was. I tried to have them explain it to me and they were pretty evasive with their answers, and the wife’s lawyer flat out didn’t want to know, she preferred to be willfully blind to the whole situation.

I guess they could rig the machine somehow to print out a ticket after the date of the draw, but I don't know how the lotto corporation wouldn't find out about. Especially in 2011 with electronic monitoring. They would know exactly where the ticket was won, and when it was printed. I don't know how they would trick them, without some serious hacking.

That’s probably what most sherdoggers look like

Minus the money

That’s what’s always perplexed me the most about it all. These two were dumb as shit. There’s no way they had sophisticated know-how to hack a machine. It was an aboriginal couple (Inuit or Metis I think) in their late 50s and if you talked to them you’d swear they had fetal alcohol syndrome or something.

With in six month he dies of cancer.

Or on trial for 5 charges of forcible confinement and 3 counts of 2nd degree murder after crack and donkey hormone fueled sex crime rampage.

These individuals make it seem like it only takes persistence to win, and it encourages others to spend their whole paychecks on scratchers. This won't happen to you, and it shouldn't to that guy, but he got luckier than a jew who escaped the inquisition.

Face it, you're gonna convert, even if you're the most persistent person ever.

he will probably gamble it all, a lot of Mexicans love to Gamble out here in Cali you can go to any of the Native casinos and its loaded with a lot of those Mexican day workers, they take the bus from the LA area and barrios surrounding it.
They will gamble their entire check and then just sit around and watch you after they lost all their money sometimes they will ask you for money too if you win.

You will see a ton of Mexicans playing the slots and Asians, they make up the majority of gamblers at the casinos.

Agreed. However, it comes down to education. Typically, the poor and uneducated constitute the majority of the degenerate gamblers (scratcher addicts, slot machine losers, etc). The majority of these Mexicans who are obsessed with scratchers are the ones who come here with nothing. Asians playing are also typically uneducated Chinese immigrants.
