See what happens when Caio doesn't hold back in sparring.

After the match, learn a sweet nogi half guard pass.

Hear Caio's thoughts on grappling bigger opponents.

Find out the truth about Caio's secret diet.

    It's all here:

That was cool. Who is the guy guillotining you on his side clocking in with his hips at the very end of the intro video on the dark blue mat?

    Hi Drew,

Guys, is it only me who is experiencing problem with the shows? Was really looking forward to this episode and for some strange reason the screen stays black.

I think I have all the plug-ins since I was able to watch the shows as late as of last week.

Ok, guys. I think it is established that the problem with the video is because of their server or the some of the later flash updates.
I seriously freaked out this morning when I was unable to watch the episode. The candy diet sounds awesome but I need more info on it!!!

How many times did Caio tap Jake out during 7 min?

My guess is 9. What do you guys think?

Dude, Caio is a freak. An awesome freak. Dude eats junk food and candy all day, and still performs like that.

Fuck, I need to reroll my genetics apparently if he can eat like that and still be a total badass.

It was 8, I think, though I think Caio counted 9. He had Jake locked up when time expired.

The candy diet is just the fact that Caio eats sweets in the morning, eats lunch, and then sweets after that. He goes off of candy a couple weeks prior to a tournament and gets rather cranky, so he's actually worried that he might have some sort of a medical issue. He says he's planning on seeing a doctor. I don't think he has diabetes, because although that would make it possible for him to eat candy without gaining weight, I don't think he'd have the explosive energy he seems to have on the mat. (Your body converts blood sugar into energy via insulin, unless you have no insulin in which case you'd pee all the sugar out.)

Hmmmm I never knew that, it also helps w/ how much he trains. I could probably eat like that if I didn't work at a desk.
