I'd rather trust food coming from a chain restaurant then street food. You just can't trust the cleanliness of street food.

Of course if you find a good one that's trustworthy then it's leaps and bounds better.

I wouldn´t. Been binge watching Kitchen Nightmares US and the shit he finds in running restaurants is disturbing. Have you no inspectors who check up on this stuff?

In Denmark any place that serves food is required to display the result of their latest inspection by law. The places you see in kitchen nightmares would have been shut down and given massive fines.

So it's actually an open season for big businesses. Robotise and the rest can be done even more cheaply since immigrants are pushing the wages down. Then have even more consumers because of immigration.

It's more complicated than that obviously, but it is also obvious who profits from Progress & Tolerance.
