Never understood why Bumblebee became Goldbug.
He was awesome in the Marvel Comics.

There was actually two TF Marvel series publishers in the 90's,
one British and one US. Headmasters special was amazing.

That would only appeal to a tiny demographic - nerds.

They want big bucks ie appealing to everyone: that means human characters, love interests, comedy etc.

Bro, the Transformers movies have fucked his reputation up so much that Michael Bay is now an UNDERRATED director.

The Rock is one of the best action films ever made. Pain & Gain and 13 Hours are also both very good.
