when you see "muscular" boxers/mma fighters/lgymnasts,etc, do you automatically assume they lift weights routine the same way bodybuilders do?
or its possible to build muscles without the wellknown weight training?
i mean is it possible to build ,for example, strong shoulder or biceps,etc without even using the traditional barbells/dumbbells at all?
