Forgive me but that photo gets thrown around a lot

He's big and bulky but from anaesthetic stand point.. meh, looks like a regular juice head you see down the gym, benchs too much, shrugs far too much and has bad symmetry

Fun fact: the guy that played Goro in the original Mortal Kombat was actually shorter than the rest of the cast, so in order to make him seem more imposing and scary, they scaled his height up in the game.
