Very few strippers are arrested for that type of consensual touching where the people are approaching the stage or dancer.

At best you can say if a local strip club gets known for pushing too many boundaries it may be targeted and then the police will start arresting strippers and fining the club to send a signal and get them back in line. But it is indiscriminate and not targeted like this was.

Since neither of us can really prove the frequency in which it happens one way or another, let's just say it does happen. Fair enough?

Yea, there are exceptions, I don't believe this is the case here however. I would think that it would be the clubs responsibility to provide security in this case.

I would only agree in that the parties involved could afford their own security detail. However, if there ever was a person in need of it, paid for by the state, city, county or whatever, it would be a political powder keg like herself. She's probably in more constant danger and has received more death threats than that Cubs dude ever did.

Thinking about, here is were I'm at on it. If she has shown that she can not afford security, and they were assigned to her I might be ok with it. If they were assigned to the strip club because of stormy, then I feel the public subsidized the strip clubs, so that the strip club could make profit.

I don't even know for sure these officers were on duty at the time. If the were working private security it is a nonissue.

Alberta for instance has very strict 'no touch' laws in strip clubs and the arrests are super rare despite the fact, that if you go in one you will see the women initiating touch such as Stormy is accused of all the time. It is generally ok as long as it is the stripper who initiates the touch.

Arrests or busts are very rare and almost always public when a club gets a reputation for pushing boundaries.

On the DMZ? So you had to look at armed North Koreans? Did you guys make hand signals at each other of did everyone just kind of stare at each other. I could picture guys on both sides just giving each other the finger.
BTW this is a serious question. I always found it odd that both sides have men on each side of the zone just staring at each other. I get why both have a presence there. NK has to make sure starving people are not trying to escape their county and SK/US needs to match the presence of the NK soldiers.
Any gunshots? I would figure there would be some, because it would be stressful, and any small thing could make someone fire off a round, plus NK probably has a shoot first policy for anyone trying to leave.
