Supplements can be super helpful and are pretty useful. Yes they will never replace hard work but they can help you work harder, and recover better.

I didn't say that they aren't useful, but I am saying their benefits are minimal and usually blown out of proportion. Haven't you been on all sorts of supplements since you started losing weight too? So you really don't have anything to go by deciding just how much they are helping you or not. One of these days you should try going off all of those and see how much good they're really doing for you...especially if you're spending much money on them.
