Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and the kneebah!

@Calibur -

I really like Tom Deblass, Dean Lister and Josh Hayden. Hayden's "Leg Surfing" DVD is especially good IMO.

Reilly has the best kneebar finish I've seen, and it's all I use. You're looking to capture the foot with your head as quickly as possible, and as you extend make sure you're keeping the foot trapped with your head and rotating outward slightly. I don't have to do them fast, usually it's one of my slower leg locks.

It's really good. I think the only reason you don't see more of them is because the entry for it also gives you the inverted heel hook

The Kesting/Biernacki one is pretty close. Some differences, but it’s mostly there.
thanks, i just checked out the table of contents and it looks very promising! will be checking it out!

I've been very intrigued by this kneebar that Erberth Santos seems to hit at will. I've broken it down and tried it a few times in sparring, but I feel like I'm missing something minor but important after reaching that 'kneebar guard.'

Has anyone ever done a "Where is KNEEBAHHHHH Guy now" followup?
