  • 2x3m shadowboxing
  • 2x3m jab drill (wall bag): variety, hand/head control to set up angles, 'Ward retreat', 'triple tap' (3 angles)
  • 2x3m cross drill (wall bag): variety, changing head slots, all counters, 'whip and go'
  • 2x3m Loche drill - exploring options (left)
  • 2x3m Loche drill (right)
  • 2x3m rope drill: 'step-step weave' emphasis, 'sit in bowl'
  • 15-minutes floorwork:
    • pull-ups/chins (15 total)
    • mobility flow (dead bugs, ankle rotations, strap stretch, wrist flexion/extensions..)
