I know this is a lot but can someone please help me design a meal plan. I would like just a plan that I can eat everyday (may change a tiny bit). I am an amateur boxer who weighs 140lbs right now and I am 5,10'. I train 5 days a week, I train boxing for 22-25 rounds then do some strength training afterwards, I also run 3 days a week in the morning. If someone could make me a sample meal plan I would REALLY appreciate it. Thanks Guys.

a banana

ok now seriously, have a banana for breakfast, or mix with protein shake, rice bowl like flam broiler for example for lunch, and something similar for dinner. can be flame broiler, or home cooked chicken and rice. thats what i do.

Homie, in my short time here I've seen that people are willing to help, not hold your plan.

If you want to get stronger / healthier than you need to do some work. Put some shit together, and then come back and ask for criticism. Or better yet monitor your results and educate and improve your own knowledge. It's very empowering.

Google will give you a million sample meal plans.
