I think technically there can be, betting wise.

It can be ruled a draw initially, then it would go to the extra 4th judge. I'd assume that's how it'll work with betting otherwise there would be no point in a draw market at all.

But with that said, wouldn't surprise me with some Books if they tried to use it as an excuse to call the bet a loser and exploit it.
