Duran is only overrated when talking about his losses. He was a great fighter, without question, but some excuse is made for every single loss on his resume.

Recently, I'd say Cotto and Pacquiao. They had very long careers that included very few boring fights. They were also had to fight hard a lot of the time in order to win their fights, which made the fights more entertaining.
