The knee is really underutilized against wrestlers who often telegraph shots. They're literally thrusting their heads toward it.

Franca had Sherk's timing down in their fight. Too bad for him Sherk was in Terminator mode and just kept taking him down anyway.
The best, though, is Ricco Rodriguez/Jeff Monson. Rodriguez put on a clinic in that fight. It's too old school to find gifs from, but anyone who wants to see Knees Against Wrestlers 101, go find that fight on Fight Pass.
