Yeah, i always try to match the intensity of white belts, he was going full bore. I should of just used both hands though and went light.

I swear, it was a total brainfart. I had just started really practicing wristlocks in rolling, and the perfect position to hit one opened up, and the rational part of my brain shut off, and I was just like: ERMAGERDDDD!!!! WRIRSTLERKS!!!
 
It's hard sometimes in the heat of a roll to remember which side is injured and which is not.

I always say to injured training partners that I'll avoid there injured whatever but if I accidentally go for something that is hurt......you gotta let me know and I'll give it straight up.

They have to be smart too

If you wanna roll, you gotta be responsible for protecting your own injuries. He's a whitebelt, I guess he learned an important lesson.
